or V47.52, and the owner is charged with.a subsequent violation of those statutes <br />with thesame dog; the Animal. Control, Authority shall immediately seize the <br />dangerous dog and hold it until resolution of the new criminal charges. The <br />Animal Control. Authority shall follow the directives of the:. District Court <br />regarding disposition of the dog. If the owner is not convicted of the charges, the <br />owner shall be notified of theright toreclaim thedog within seven (7) days <br />consistent with other reclamations:. <br />7.12 Destruction of Dog Under Certain Circumstances. Upon a Final <br />Determination, following a hearing•_if one is requested, and not withstanding the <br />other provisions of this Ordinance a dangerous dog that: (i) inflicted substantial <br />bodily harm or great bodily harm on a human being onpublic or private property <br />without provocation) fii} inflictedmultiple bites on a human on public or private <br />property without provocation; (iii) bit multiplehuman victims on.public or private <br />property in the same attack without provocations or (iv) bit a human on public or <br />private property withoutprovocation in an attack wheremore than one dog <br />participated in the attack may be destroyed in a proper and humane manner by the <br />Animal Control Authority. <br />SECTION 5. SEVERABILITY. Should any section, subdivision, clause or other <br />provision of this Ordinance be held to beinvalid in any court of competent jurisdiction, <br />such decision shall not affect the validity of the Ordinance as a whole, or of any part <br />hereof, other than the part held to be invalid. <br />SECTION 6.
