Uzpen said he would <br />see what he could find out about current project details. <br />Open Discussion <br />Artig=Swomlley donated two large aerial photos of Gem Lake, asking if they could. <br />be inexpensively framed and put up on the walls of Heritage Hall. After some <br />discussion, it was decided that one of them was suitable for framing and that <br />Jean Reiter, City Secretary should look into the costs of getting this done. <br />Ramsey County Comprehensive Plan <br />Lindner reported that he had read the entire proposed plan drafted by Ramsey <br />County and read aloud a proposed response from the. City of Gem Lake on its <br />contents. This response expressed support for the extension of the. Bruce Vento <br />Trail but asked the county to be mindful of potential conflicts with the possible <br />Rush Line corridor and potential concerns by Gem Lake residents who border <br />the trail extension. It was agreed that Lindner's comments were suitable and <br />could be sent to the county by email. <br />New Sign <br />Mayor Uzpen secured the agreement of White Bear Township, through Bill Short, <br />to delay the purchase of a street sign for Heritage Hall in order that the City could <br />pay for repairs to the culvert on Haven Lane.
