Ramsey County Comprehensive Plan Lindner reported that he had read the entire proposed plan drafted by Ramsey County and read aloud a proposed response from the. City of Gem Lake on its contents. This response expressed support for the extension of the. Bruce Vento Trail but asked the county to be mindful of potential conflicts with the possible Rush Line corridor and potential concerns by Gem Lake residents who border the trail extension. It was agreed that Lindner's comments were suitable and could be sent to the county by email. New Sign Mayor Uzpen secured the agreement of White Bear Township, through Bill Short, to delay the purchase of a street sign for Heritage Hall in order that the City could pay for repairs to the culvert on Haven Lane. Beth Herzog volunteered to help the city obtain names of companies that might be able to submit a bid for these repairs.
