Lake Special Planning Commission Meeting <br />12 May 2009 <br />A Special. Meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Gem Lake was <br />called to order by Chairman Craig Rafferty on Tuesday, May 12, 2009 at 7:00 <br />p.m. in the Gem Lake City Hall meeting room. <br />The following members were present Chairman Craig Rafferty, Commissioners <br />Beth Herzog, and Dan Marier. Also present were Mayor Bob Uzpen, Gem Lake. <br />City Council Members Gretchen Artig-Swomley, Chuck Watson and Jim Lindner <br />and Attorney Trevor. Other members of the public were also in attendance per <br />the sign in sheet sent around the room. <br />SPECIAL MEETING .AGENDA - SECTION NINE (9) - GATEWAY DISTRICT <br />This meeting was a continuation of last Tuesday's, May 5, 2009, Planning <br />Commission meeting. The above parties met on Monday, May 11, 2009 for the <br />Gem Lake City Council Workshop meeting. The purpose for tonight's meeting is <br />to agree on the language of the proposal to present to the Gem Lake City <br />Council on Tuesday, May 10,2009. <br />PUBLIC DISCUSSION <br />Chairman Craig Rafferty opened the discussion involving going through the Gem <br />Lake Gateway District Development Code of May 11, 2009. They brought up the <br />page numbers that they felt needed to still be addressed regarding the language <br />of the document. Each item brought up was discussed by the Planning <br />Commission, Gem Lake City Council and Trevor. Changes will be done and. <br />ready to present to the Gem Lake City Council on Tuesday, May 19, 2009. <br />The public discussion was closed at 8:37 p.m. and the Planning Commission <br />agreed to move forward with the changes to present to the Gem Lake City <br />Look for uson the World Wide Web at gemlakeron.org. <br />
