The City has received 109.99% of their revenue anticipated for the first. two quarters of <br />2009. This amount represents 42.1 % of the annual budgeted revenues. The City <br />received its tax settlement advance from Ramsey County in June, which is the main <br />reason revenues levels are as high as they are.
