Council of the. City of Gem <br />Lake, Minnesota, was duly held in said City on October 19, 2009,.at 7:00 O'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Councilors; Uzpen, Watson, Artig-Swomley, Lindner and <br />Rasmussen; and the following members were absent: None <br />CouncilorArtig-Swomley introduced the following Resolution and rnoved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION, CERTIFYING DELINQUENT SEWER CHARGES <br />(AUDITOR .NO. 37100001) TO COUNTY AUDITOR BE IT RESOLVED BY THE <br />CITY COUNCIL. OF GEM LAKE, MINNNESOTA: <br />1, That pursuant: to. Section 4.13.2, of Ordinance No, 64E, the. Clerk, is hereby authorized <br />and directed to certify to the Auditor: of Ramsey County, Minnesota;: the delinquent sewer chargeson the <br />following described parcels of real estate in the City of Gem Lake: <br />PROPERTY ID NO.
