City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution 2009-11 <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL ❑F THE CITY OF GEM LAKE, MINNESOTA <br />HELD ON OCTOBER 19th, .2'009 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Regular Meeting ❑f the City Council of the City of Gem <br />Lake, Minnesota, was duly held in said City on October 19, 2000,. at.7:00 O'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present:. Councilors; Uzpen, Artig-Swomiey, Rasmussen, Lindner <br />and Watson; and the following members were absent: None <br />Councilor Artig-Swomiey introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION CERTIFYING DELINQUENT FIRE INSPECTION CHARGES <br />(AUDITOR NO. 37100002) TO COUNTY AUDITOR BE IT RESOLVED BY THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF GEM LAKE, MINNESOTA: <br />1. That pursuant to Section 5.3,1, of Ordinance No. 77, the Clerk, is hereby authorized and <br />directed to certify.. to the Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota, the., delinquent fire: inspections: on the. <br />following described parcels of real estate in the City of Gem Lake: <br />PROPERTY ID NO.
