Excess money not used will be returned <br />to the person who paid the escrow at the end of the project. Expenses that exceed <br />the escrow amount will be billed to the applicant at the end .of the project.. <br />3) .A Late charge of $ 35.00 plus 1% per month will be charged if payment for <br />services billed is notpaid within 30 daysafter invoicing..
