A property owner or tenant may <br />apply to the City Council for exemption if the sign removal will be <br />unduly difficult to achieve (example: the sign.. is part of thebuilding <br />structure). <br />Signs shall be maintained in a safe, presentable and good structural <br />condition at ail times, including the replacement of defective parts,. <br />cleaning and other items required for the upkeep of the sign.
