City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution No. 2009 --- 20 <br />November 17, 2009 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE LEVYING OF THE PROPERTY OWNERS <br />ON SCHEUNEMAN ROAD IN THE CITY OF GEM LAKE, RAMSEY COUNTY, <br />MINNESOTA PER THE ATTACHED SCHEDULE. <br />WHEREAS, 700 feet of road surface was replaced in the business district of Scheuneinan <br />Road and, <br />WHEREAS, SEH managed the project for the city and,. <br />WHEREAS, SET I prepared a schedule of expenses, land owners and road footage per <br />land owner and, <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that The City Council of Gem Lake accepts the SEH schedule and <br />levies each property owner their portion of the expenses to be paid back in one lump <br />payment to the city or over years of equal payments at an interest rate of % <br />starting in 2010. <br />WHEREUPON, the above resolution was adopted at the November 17, 2009 regular City <br />Council Meeting for the City of Gem Lake, Ramsey County Minnesota, made by Council <br />Member and seconded by Council Member <br />ATTEST <br />I, William Short, the duly qualified City Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, County of <br />Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution is a true and <br />accurate representation of action taken by the City Council of the City of Gem Lake on <br />the . date first .written. <br />William Short, City Clerk Date <br />
