City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution No. 2009.23. <br />December, 2009 <br />A RESOLUTION CHANGING THE FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE CITY OF GEM <br />LAKE FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 2010. <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake maintains a fee schedule for services provided, <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lakes 2009.fee schedule will expire on 12/31/2009, <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the attached fee schedule will become affective 1/1/2010. <br />WHEREUPON, the above resolution was adopted at the December 15, 2009 regular City <br />Council Meeting for the City of Gem Lake, Ramsey County Minnesota, made by Council <br />Member and seconded by Council Member <br />ATTEST <br />I, William Short, the duly qualified City Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, County of <br />Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution is a true and <br />accurate representation of action taken by the City Council of the City of Gem Lake on <br />the date first written. <br />William Short, City Clerk Date <br />
