Page 2 <br />The City has received 97.34% of their revenue anticipated for the first three quarters of <br />2011. This represents 51.43% of the total revenues budgeted for. 2011. The revenue <br />sources that are above their budget amounts are property taxes, general business <br />licenses, building permits and related permits, as well as investment related revenues. <br />The second half 2011 property taxes were somewhat lower than half of the levy, <br />however the settlement also included delinquent taxes and penalties/interest which are <br />not budgeted for. There was only one on -sale liquor licenses budgeted for 2011 and as <br />of today two sites are licensed. Also included in the year-to-date revenues (first quarter) <br />is the "administrative fine revenue" from 2010 which had not been budgeted for. <br />Facility rental actual is down substantially compared to budget. The majority of this line <br />item was the Sheriffs rent as an offset for anticipated clerical time, provided by the <br />Sheriffs department in 2011, which would have been charged to the Clerk/General <br />Government department.
