City of Gem Lake <br />Resolution NO. 2011-17 <br />20 December 2011 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING TRANSFERS OF CERTAIN FUND FOR 2011 <br />Whereas, The City of Gem Lake included certain operating transfers in the 2011 budget, and <br />Whereas, it was determined that additional funds would be available from the projected 2011 <br />budget. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Gem Lake hereby <br />authorize thefollowing operating transfers:. <br />Fund Transfer In Transfer Out <br />401ā€” Improvement Fund <br />Road Improvements $40,000.00 <br />EAB Treatment/Prevention $10,000.00 <br />Building Improvement/Replacement $20,000.00 <br />100 --General Fund <br />$70,000.00 <br />The foregoing Resolution was offered by Councilor and supported by <br />Councilor and was declared adopted based upon the following vote: <br />Name Uzpen Lindner Rasmussen Bosak Artig-Swomley <br />Vote <br />ATTEST <br />I,Bill Short, the duly qualified City Clerk ā‘f the City of Gem Lake, County of Ramsey, State of <br />Minnesota, dā‘ hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution is a true and accurate representation of <br />action taken by the City Council of the City of Gem Lake on the date first. written. <br />Bill Short, City Clerk Date <br />
