Excess <br />money not used will be returned to the person who paid. the escrow at the <br />.end of the project: Expenses that exceed the escrow amount will be billed <br />to the applicant at the end •of the project. <br />• .A. Late Charge of .$35.0.0 plus 1 %•per month will be charged if payment for <br />services billed • is not paid within 30 days after invoicing.
