Getty Lake City Council Meeting <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />states 5-acre lots for single-family estates. The minimums are 1/3 acre, 3-acre and 5- <br />acre lots. Chairperson Kuny asked if she was to chair the January Planning <br />Commission meeting and Mayor Uzpen stated yes. Consistency is needed among City <br />maps and documents. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Newsletter: Councilmember Artig-Swomley stated she needs more topics for the <br />January newsletter. The cancellation of the January Workshop is in the issue. Some of <br />the possible topics are: <br />Property valuation going down <br />Mayor Uzpen talking about accomplishments <br />▪ Feedback from Gem Lake residents <br />• February Workshop -Will discuss Ordinance. <br />• December/January snowplowing — small city last to be plowed <br />▪ Status of Planning Commission Chairperson seat <br />▪ Land Ordinance to match Comp Plan <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />Norte <br />NEW BUSINESS. <br />2013 Fire Contract: The. City Council looked over the contract and upon motion by <br />Councilmember Artig-Swomley and seconded by Councilmember Lindner, 2013 Fire <br />Contract passes. Ayes — 5, Nays — 0. <br />Resolution 2012-16 - Art Pratt Planning Commission: The City Council looked over <br />the Resolution stating Art Pratt to stay on Planning Comrnissian as a permanent <br />position. Upon motion by Councilmember Artig-Swomley and seconded by <br />Councilmember Lindner, Resolution 2012-16 passes. Ayes — 5, Nays — 0. <br />Claims for December: The claims for December were discussed and authorized to <br />pay. Upon motion by Councilmember Artig-Swomley and seconded by Councilmember <br />Rasmussen, the claims for December passes.
