City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution No. 2010 — 10 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO DISTRIBUTE A <br />PORTION OF THE GAMBLING FUNDS TO WILLOW LANE ELEMENTRY <br />SCHOOL. <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake participates in the distribution of gambling funds <br />from the Country Lounge, <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake distributes these funds to local schools and charities, <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Treasurer is authorized to send to Willow Lane <br />Elementary School the amount of $2500.00 for the cities contribution for the year 2010. <br />WHEREUPON, the above resolution was adopted at the July 20th, 2010 regular City <br />Council Meeting for the City of Gem Lake, Ramsey County Minnesota, made by Council <br />Member Lindner and seconded by Council Member Artig-Swomley. <br />ATTEST <br />I, William Short, the duly qualified City Cleric of the City of Gem Lake, County of <br />Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution is a true and <br />accurate representation of action taken by the City Council of the City of Gem Lake on <br />the date first written. <br />'ZIM U,40tip <br />Willi -am- Short, City Clerk t Date <br />
