N.O.. 10-14 <br />EXTRACT.OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEM LAKE, MINNESOTA <br />HELD ON SEPTEMBER 21 ST, 2010 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Gem <br />Lake, Minnesota, was duly held in said. City on September 2.1, 20.10, at 7:00 O'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Gouncilors; .Uzpen; Artig,Swomley, Bosak, Rasmussen, <br />and Lindner; and the following members were absent: None <br />Councilor. introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION CERTIFYING DELINQUENT FIRE INSPECTION. CHARGES <br />(AUDITOR N0. 37100002) TO COUNTY AUDITOR BE IT RESOLVED BY THE <br />:CITY COUNCIL OF GEM.LAKE, MINNESOTA: <br />1. That pursuant to Section .5:3.1, of Ordinance No. 77, the Clerk, is hereby authorized and. <br />directed to certify to the Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota, the delinquent fire inspections on the <br />following described parcels of real estate in. the City of Gem Lake: <br />.PROPERTY ID NO.
