City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution No. 2010 — 20 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO DISTRIBUTE A <br />PORTION OF THE GAMBLING FUNDS TO WHITE BEAR LAKE FOOD BANK <br />AND UNION GOSPEL MISSION <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake participates in the distribution of gambling funds <br />from the Country Lounge, <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake distributes these funds to local schools and charities, <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Treasurer is authorized to send to White Bear Lake <br />Food Bank the amount of $1000.00 for the cities contribution for the year 2010. <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Treasurer is authorized to send to Union Gospel <br />Mission the amount of $250.00 for the cities contribution for the year 2010. <br />WHEREUPON, the above resolution was adopted at the November 16th, 2010 regular <br />City Council Meeting for the City of Gem Lake, Ramsey County Minnesota, made by <br />Council Member Artig-Swomley and seconded by Council Member Bosak <br />ATTEST <br />I, William Short, the duly qualified City Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, County of <br />Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution is a true and <br />accurate representation of action taken by the City Council of the City of Gem Lake on <br />the date first written. <br />illiam Short, City Clerk Date <br />
