City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution No. 2010 — 21 <br />A RESOLUTION CHANGING THE FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE CITY OF GEM <br />LAKE FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 2011. <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake maintains a fee schedule for services provided, <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lakes 2010 fee schedule will expire on 12/31/2010, <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolution 2010 — 18 is amended as follows: <br />Non -Sufficient Funds Fee. The City shall collect a Non -Sufficient Fund Fee in the <br />amount of $30.00 for each and every payment collected for services rendered when, at <br />the time of presentment for payment, insufficient funds exist. <br />That the Sunday On -Sale liquor license fee that can be charged is $200.00 <br />That the investigation fee shall be $500. <br />WHEREUPON, the above resolution was adopted at the December 21 st, 2010 regular <br />City Council Meeting for the City of Gem.
