Police <br />General Fund <br />ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION: <br />The City of Gem Lake contracts with the Ramsey County Sheriffs Department to provide law <br />enforcement services for the City. As part of the contract, they will serve and protect the City as well <br />as provide public education programs and services to the residents. <br />GOALS: <br />1.
