SPECIAL REVENUE FUNDS <br />DESCRIPTION: <br />Special Revenue Funds account for revenue derived from specific revenue sources that are legally <br />restricted for a specific purpose. The City has two special revenue funds, the Park and Playground <br />Fund and a Grant Fund.
