IMPROVEMENT GRANT FUND <br />SPECIAL REVENUE FUND <br />ACTIVITY SCOPE: <br />The purpose of the Improvement Grant Fund is to assist the City in possible redevelopment needs of <br />its commercial district. Revenues are possible grants from either the State of Minnesota or Ramsey <br />County for activities related to redevelopment activities of the Cities commercial area. <br />OBJECTIVES: <br />Redevelop the commercial district of the City. <br />2. Make needed improvements to the commercial district. <br />MEASURABLE WORKLOAD DATA: <br />2012 2013 2014 2015 <br />ACTUAL ACTUAL ACTUAL ESTIMATED <br />No measurable workload data has been established for this fund. <br />BUDGET COMMENTARY: <br />Revenue source is grants from the State of Minnesota and/or Ramsey County, interest earnings and <br />operating transfers for any City matching share of grants received. <br />At this time expenditures are for engineering costs for completing grant applications and/or feasibility <br />studies for improvements. <br />34 <br />
