These revenues will be used to finance the <br />general operating expenditures of the City. <br />r;nAi q <br />1 Maintain stable, constant revenue sources. <br />2 Maintain a low tax rate, by reviewing the costs of services provided and charge appropriately for <br />them. <br />BUDGET SUMMARY <br />The property tax system is described in more detail beginning on page 58. The City's net taxable tax <br />capacity has increased to $1,436,565 for taxes payable in 2021. This is an increase of 14.369%. The <br />City's General Fund property tax levy for 2021 will be $445,535.
