SCHEUNEMAN ROAD IMPROVEMENT FUND <br />DEPARTMENT: Scheuneman Road Improvement <br />SUPERVISOR: City Engineer <br />FUND #: 403 <br />ACTIVITY #: 4800 <br />ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION <br />The Scheuneman Road Improvement fund recorded bond proceeds and sewer improvement and <br />road resurfacing costs on Scheuneman Road. <br />GOALS: <br />None. <br />MEASURABLE WORKLOAD DATA <br />2018 2019 2020 2021 <br />ACTUAL ACTUAL ACTUAL ESTIMATED <br />No service levels have been established for this fund. <br />BUDGET COMMENTARY <br />This fund in the past paid for the installation of a sanitary sewer line down Scheuneman Road and to <br />reconstruct the street. The City issued bonds to finance the project and collected special <br />assessments from the benefitting properties. The last special assessment payment was made in <br />2015. <br />The City extended the sanitary sewer line and water mains all the way down Scheuneman Road <br />through the business district and reconstructing the street with storm water improvements. The <br />revenue source will be from special assessments on benefitting properties: however, there could be <br />a City contribution to the project in the form of a property tax levy and/or use of City reserves. The <br />City issued $660,000.00 in improvement bonds to fund this project in 2018. <br />
