CITY OF GEM LAKE, MN _ City Hall - 4200 Otter Lake Road = Gem Lake, NIN 55110-- RESOLUTION NO. 2020-16 17 NOVEMBER 2020 A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FINAL GENERAL FUND BUDGET AND FINAL AMOUNT TO BE RAISED BY PROIIIERTY TAXATION FOR THE YEAR 2021 WHEREAS, the City Treasurer has presented a TOTAL (Proposed) Budget of $492,385.00 which includes a General Tax Levy of $445,535.00 and a Debt Tax Levy of $89,941.00 for fiscal and calendar year 2021 based upon best estimates of costs for running the City of Gem Lake in 2021; and WHEREAS, the City Council did review, on November 17, 2020, the TOTAL Budget and Tax Levy for 2021 including all revisions thereto as of the date first written. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Gem Lake does formally adopt the 2021 Final General Fund Budget of $492,385.00 and the Final Property Tax Levy as follows General Property 'tax Levy $433,305 Debt Levy 87,436 Fiscal Disparities _ 14.735 Total Property Tax Levy $535,476 and; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is charged with Certifying said Tax and Debt Levy to Ramsey County Property Taxation and other government bodies for whom this information is required.
