Police <br />General Fund <br />In 2018, the City of Gem Lake began contracting with the City of White Bear Lake's Police <br />Department to provide law enforcement services for the City. As part of the contract, they will serve <br />and protect the City as well as provide public education programs and services to the residents. <br />GOALS: <br />1.
