Of this, $658,953 represents the investment in capital assets, leaving unrestricted net position of <br />($90,934). <br /> <br />Operating revenue in the Water Fund decreased $6,721 from the prior year. The decrease is due to a <br />decrease in consumption in the current year. <br /> <br />Water Fund operating expenses for 2022 increased $26,997 from the previous year. The increase was <br />mainly for costs to update the water supply plan in the current year. <br />
