Of this, $637,406 represents the investment in capital assets, leaving unrestricted net position of <br />($79,832). <br /> <br />Operating revenue in the Water Fund increased $17,580 from the prior year. The increase is due to an <br />increase in consumption in the current year. <br /> <br />Water Fund operating expenses for 2023 decreased $14,379 from the previous year. The decrease was <br />mainly for costs to update the water supply plan in the prior year. <br />
