City of Gem Lake City Council Meeting Minutes November 15, 2022 5 | Page <br /> <br /> <br />Quarterly Financial Report (3rd) <br />City Treasurer Tom Kelly gave an overview of the 3rd quarter financial report and the Council had no <br />comment.
