Others in attendance: residents Paul Emeott and Tom Hansen. <br /> <br />March 21, 2017, Agenda <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Artig-Swomley, seconded by Councilmember Bosak to approve <br />the agenda for March 21, 2017, motion passed. Agenda approved. <br /> <br />Minutes <br />Councilmember Artig-Swomley made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Lindner to approve the <br />minutes for February 21, 2017, motion passed. Minutes approved. <br /> <br />Committee Reports <br />None <br /> <br />Old Business <br />Newsletter ideas – police protection, coyotes – living with coyotes, Water Fest, glass recycling, Gem Lake <br />Hills, VLAWMO. May issue – Consolidated land use ordinance, Comp plan. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br />None <br /> <br />New Business <br /> <br />Approval of Hansen LCC Garden Permit <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Artig-Swomley, seconded by Councilmember Kuny to approve <br />the Interim Use Permit for the Garden Overlay for Tom Hansen’s property on County Road E. Motion <br />passed. Garden Overlay Permit approved. <br /> <br />Heritage Hall Parking lot Sealing and Striping <br />Council approved Heritage Hall Parking lot sealing and striping by White Bear Township. Estimated cost <br />$2,300.00. <br /> <br />Bus Stop County Road E <br />Council agreed to a future bus stop/bus stop station at County Road E. <br /> <br />1633 Goose Lake Road, disposition of the property <br />Brief discussion, item tabled till July, 2017. <br /> <br />Claims for March, 2017 <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Lindner, seconded by Councilmember Bosak to approve the <br />claims for March, 2017. Motion passed. Claims approved. <br />
