City of Gem Lake City Council Meeting minutes, November 21, 2017 Page 2 <br /> <br />Resolution 2017-19 Land Use Ordinance and Closing the Existing Ordinances <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Lindner, seconded by Councilmember Artig-Swomley to approve <br />Resolution 2017-19, approving Land Use Ordinance No. 131 and retiring ordinances 43K, 58C, 66, 92, <br />100, 107B and 109. A voice vote was taken, all yes (4-0). Motion passed. Resolution approved. <br /> <br />Approve the revised Police Contract with White Bear Lake Police Department <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Lindner, seconded by Councilmember Artig-Swomley to approve <br />the Police Contract with White Bear Lake Police Department. Contract approved. <br /> <br />Resolution 2017-22 – approve the 2018 Score Grant Funds from Ramsey County <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Linder, seconded by Councilmember Artig-Swomley to approve <br />Resolution 2017-22, 2018 Score Grant Funds from Ramsey County. A voice vote was taken, all yes (4-0). <br />Motion passed. Resolution approved. <br /> <br />High Tech Auto Renewal of CUP <br />Council discussed items #14, 17 and 18 of the conditional use permit, handicap parking and vehicles <br />stored at the store front. Mr. Ruiz stated that the vehicles are from another tenant and he would <br />remedy these violations working with his landlord and other tenant. A motion was made by <br />Councilmember Lindner, seconded by Councilmember Artig-Swomley to approve the Conditional Use <br />Permit for 2018. Motion passed. Conditional Use Permit approved for High Tech Auto for 2018. <br /> <br />Claims for the month of November, 2017 <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Lindner, seconded by Councilmember Artig-Swomley to approve <br />the claims for November, 2017. Motion passed.
