City of Gem Lake City Council meeting minutes, Tuesday, February 16, 2016 Page 2 <br /> <br /> <br />Claims for February, 2016 <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Lindner, seconded by Councilmember Bosak to approve the <br />claims for February, 2016, motion passed. <br /> <br />Monthly Financial Reports <br />Accepted. <br /> <br />Presentations from the Public <br />Beth Herzog and Steve Herzog, 1433 Goose Lake Road have purchased the property at 1401 Goose Lake <br />Road and wish to subdivide their land. After a brief discussion it was determined that the property <br />would not be a subdivision but a replotting of land. A brief discussion about rental property and the <br />current inspection form took place. Ms. Herzog has extensive experience with rental properties within <br />other municipalities and volunteered to assist Gem Lake with their forms and procedures. <br /> <br />Additional items from the City Council <br />Councilmember Artig-Swomley will work with Ms. Tessier on the installation of a flag pole at City Hall. <br /> <br />Next Meetings <br />March 14, 2016, City of Gem Lake Workshop meeting – cancelled <br />Next City Council meeting, Tuesday, March 15, 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br />Being there no further business, following a motion by Councilmember Lindner, seconded by <br />Councilmember Bosak, Mayor Uzpen adjourned the meeting at 7:48 p.m. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, Gloria Tessier
