Special meeting City of Gem Lake City Council – Friday, June 3, 2016 Page 2 <br /> <br /> <br />In addition to posting, the city must also mail or deliver notice to each person who has filed a <br />written request for notice of special meetings with the city. Notice to these individuals must be <br />mailed or delivered at least three days before the meeting. As an alternative to mailing or <br />delivering the notice, the city may publish the notice once in its official newspaper at least three <br />days before the meeting. If there is no city newspaper, notice must be published in a qualified <br />newspaper of general circulation that covers the city. The official notice was in the weekly <br />White Bear Press. <br /> <br />No further discussion. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Lindner, seconded by Councilmember Bosak to <br />approve Temporary Ordinance 127, a voice vote was taken, Councilmember Bosak, opposed, <br />Mayor Uzpen abstained, Councilmember Kuny, yea, Councilmember Lindner, yea.
