City of Gem Lake City Council meeting minutes, Thursday, November 19, 2015 Page 2 <br /> <br /> A question was posed about the stubs and t’s – All properties within the yellow mapping section will <br />have a stub and t. <br /> <br />Being there no further comments, Mayor Uzpen called the public hearing to a close at 7:26 p.m. <br /> <br />Resolution 2015-26 – Phase I of the installation <br /> <br />Councilmember Lindner made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Bosak to pass Resolution 2015-26 <br />Phase I of the installation. Motion passed. <br /> <br />Resolution 2015-27 – Phase II of the installation <br /> <br />Councilmember Lindner made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Kuny to pass Resolution 2015-27 <br />Phase II of the installation.
