Resolution 2014-24, 2015 city fee schedule. Upon a motion by Lindner and seconded by Artig-Swomley, <br />the council voted 4-0 to approved resolution 2014-24. <br />High Tech Auto permit and conditional use permit (CUP). Upon a motion by Lindner and seconded by <br />Artig-Swomley, the council voted 4-0 to approve High Tech Auto’s permit and CUP for 2015. <br />Ordinance 69, changes to language dealing with the number of dogs. Upon a motion by Lindner and <br />seconded by Artig-Swomley, the council voted 4-0 to approve Ordinance 69. <br />Enterprise proposed right of entry contract. Upon a motion by Artig-Swomley and seconded by Lindner, <br />the council voted 0-4 thereby rejecting the temporary right of entry as written by the Enterprise <br />corporate legal team. Attorney Kelly will notify Enterprise of the vote. <br />2015 Liquor/tobacco licenses. Upon a motion by Lindner seconded by Artig-Swomley, the council voted <br />4-0 to approve the Country Lounge’s off-sale, on-sale, Sunday sales, tobacco and gambling, and open <br />until 2AM licenses. Upon a motion by Lindner seconded by Kuny, the council voted 4-0 to approve the <br />on-sale and Sunday sales licenses for Gem Lake Hills Golf Course. Upon a motion by Lindner seconded <br />by Artig-Swomley, the council voted 4-0 to approve the wine and beer license for the Black Sea <br />Restaurant. <br />The December claims were approved 4-0 after a motion by Lindner which was seconded by Artig- <br />Swomley. <br />Mayor Uzpen presented the December financial report. <br />Presentations from the public <br />Attorney Kelly notified the council of legislative changes to charitable gambling laws, which he will <br />forward copies of to the council. <br />Justin Gese provided an update on several projects Short, Elliot, and Hendrickson (SEH) are working on <br />for the city. The Phase II soil borings are progressing though Vera Auto and Enterprise have denied <br />access to their parcels. Justin will inquire if it may be possible to bore along county and city right-of-way <br />near Vera and Enterprise properties to avoid possible gaps in the final Phase II report. Soil borings will <br />occur the week of Christmas along the railroad corridor and hillside as part of the water feasibility <br />report, standard operating procedures and policies for the MS4 updates are on target to have draft <br />language completed by January, and the pursuit of grant funding is on hold until further notice. <br />Presentations from the council – none. <br />Adjourn <br />There being no further business upon motion by Lindner seconded by Artig-Swomley Mayor Uzpen <br />adjourned the meeting at 7:59 PM after a council vote of 4-0.
