The following members were present: Chairperson Faith Kuny, and Planning Commissioners Derrick Wippich, Arthur Pratt, and Dan Marier. Commissioner Herzog arrived during the meeting. Planning Commission Agenda: Chairperson Kuny asked for any changes, deletions, or added agenda items. None was given and upon motion by Commissioner Herzog and seconded by Commissioner Wippich; the December 6, 2011 agenda was approved. Ayes — 4, Nays — 0. November Planning Commission Minutes: The November Planning Commission minutes were reviewed and corrections were needed. Upon motion by Commissioner Wippich. and seconded by Commissioner Pratt, the..November minutes were approved. Ayes-- 4, Nays — Q., OLD BUSINESS Zoning Permit for La Romo Restaurant: Chairperson Kuny stated Gem Lake will be using the restricted ordinance. The restaurant will be submitting a development plan. Tom Riedesel from White Bear Township suggested a site plan, showing the screened garbage area and a lighting plan for inside the restaurant. At this time parking is the issue. There should be one parking spot for every three (3) seats in the restaurant, making it a total of eight (8) parking spaces. Upon motion by Commissioner Wippich and seconded by Commissioner Pratt, the Planning Commission approved parking with seven (7) spaces per 1,000 square feet for parking. Ayes -- 4, Nays - 0. The Planning Commission discussed and recommended that the. Zoning Administrator approve the Zoning Compliance permit, Upon motion by Commissioner Marier, and seconded by Commissioner Pratt, motion passes. Ayes-4, Nays 0..
