Gem Lake. Special City Council Meeting <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />have a written plan and maintain records of deer kill. He wants to see the City of <br />Gem Lake to adopt state guidelines to hunt in Gem Lake. Another point he made <br />was if Gem Lake creates more laws, there will be more outlaws and create more <br />enemies. It was explained by the City Council to Mr. Bolfing that there were more <br />property owners that were not in favor of hunting than for and that the city has an <br />obligation to create such ordinances that protect the people of Gem Lake. The <br />City Council has listened to the citizens of Gem Lake and has written the <br />ordinance to make the City of Gem Lake safe. Mr. Bolfing can sign up for bow <br />hunting when the city needs to hire professionals. Councilmember Lindner read <br />Section Five of the ordinance and stated that Mr. Bolfing can challenge the <br />ordinance. Mayor Uzpen stated that motion has been made and seconded to <br />accept Ordinance #120. Ayes 5, Nays — 0`. Ordinance #120 passes five to <br />zero.
