Functions Resolution: The City Council went over <br />the new resolution and upon motion by Councilmember Lindner, and seconded <br />by Councilmember Artig-Swomley. Resolution 2010-01 motion passes. Ayes �- <br />4, Nays — 0. <br />Resolution 2010-02 — Administrative Citations Resolution: The City Council <br />went over the new resolution and upon motion by Councilmember Rasmussen, <br />and seconded by Councilmember Lindner. Resolution 2010-02 motion passes. <br />Ayes — 4, Nays — O. <br />Resolution 2010-03 — City Audit Resolution: This Resolution allows the <br />Mayor and City Treasurer to work with the Auditors and sign the contract. Upon <br />motion by Artig-Swomley and seconded by Councilmember Lindner. Resolution <br />2010-03 passes. Ayes — 4, Nays — 0. <br />Resolution 2010-04 — Fire. Inspection Services Resolution: This authorizes <br />the Mayor and Treasurer to sign the contract for the fire services and fire <br />inspection to the City of White Bear Lake. Upon motion by Councilmember <br />Lindner, and seconded by Artig-Swomley. Resolution 2010-04 passes. Ayes 4, Nays — 0. <br />Monthly Financial Report: The City Council looked over the information they. <br />received. <br />Open Items for Council Members: Mayor Uzpen spoke to the Council <br />regarding the SEH Local Water Management Plan that was presented.
