CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />RESOLUTION NO.2001-25 <br />17 December 2001 <br />WHEREAS, The Country Lounge has applied for renewal of an On -Sale and Sunday On -Sale Liquor License; and <br />WHEREAS, said applicant has been similarly licensed in the past in the City of Gem Lake; and <br />WHEREAS, said applicant has indicated a desire to renew said licenses for the calendar year 2002; and <br />WHEREAS, said applicant has operated the establishment without incident during 2001. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Gem Lake does hereby approve renewal of an <br />On -Sale Liquor and Special Sunday On -Sale Liquor License for the period 01 January 2002 through 31 December 2002 for The <br />Country Lounge, Inc. <br />ATTEST <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Council Member Igo and supported by Council Member Bosak and was <br />declared adopted on a unanimous vote of the City Council. <br />I, Frederic C.
