City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution No. 2016 - 11 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MS4 REPORT FOR THE YEAR 2016 <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake created the MS4 report for the year 2016, <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council for the City of Gem Lake approves the report <br />and authorizes the report to be submitted. <br />WHEREUPON, the above resolution was adopted at the September 20th, 2016 regular <br />City Council Meeting for the City of Gem Lake, Ramsey County Minnesota, made by <br />Councilmember Artig-Swomley and seconded by Councilmember Lindner with a vote of <br />5-0. <br />ATTEST <br />I, William Short, the duly qualified City Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, County of <br />Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution is a true and <br />accurate representation of action taken by the City Council of the City of Gem Lake on <br />the date first written. <br />Pill&iamlSh®rt, City Clerk <br />41 / Mv/ I if <br />Date <br />
