CITY OF GEM LAKE, MN <br />City Hall - 4200 Otter Lake Road <br />Gem Lake, MN 55110 <br />RESOLUTION NO.2016-16 <br />15 NOVEMBER 2016 <br />RESOLUTION REDUCING TAX LEVY <br />PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, <br />SECTION 475.61 <br />WHEREAS, there is on hand for General Obligation Bonds, the sum of <br />$3,949.50 which is in excess of current requirements for payment of principal and <br />interest of said bonds; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF GEM LAKE, MINNESOTA: <br />1. That the Ramsey County Auditor be instructed to reduce the levy <br />for the year 2016 for collection in the year 2017 previously certified in <br />accordance with provisions of Section 475.61, Subd. 3 of Minnesota Statutes, as <br />follows: <br />ISSUED PROPOSED REDUCTION AMOUNT <br />LEVY LEVIED <br />GO REFUNDING 2015A $ 79,936.50 $ 3,949.500 $ 75,987.00 <br />2.
