City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution No. 2016 —19 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO DISTRIBUTE A <br />PORTION OF THE GAMBLING FUNDS TO WHITE BEAR LAKE FOOD BANK <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake participates in the distribution of gambling <br />funds from the Country Lounge, <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake distributes these funds to local schools and <br />charities, <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Treasurer is authorized to send to White Bear <br />Lake Food Shelf the amount of $1000.00 for the city of Gem Lakes contribution <br />for the year 2016. <br />WHEREUPON, the above resolution was adopted at the December 20th regular <br />City Council Meeting for the City of Gem Lake, Ramsey County Minnesota, <br />made by Councilmember Artig-Swomley and seconded by Councilmember <br />Linder. <br />ATTEST <br />1, William Short, the duly qualified City Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, County of <br />Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution is a <br />true and accurate representation of action taken by the City Council of the City of <br />Gem Lake on the date first written. <br />l%I(1Vlie <br />illiam Short, City Clerk Date <br />
