CITY OF GEM I..AKE <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2015 - 03 <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING AMENDING THE FEASIBILITY STUDY DATED <br />MARCH 17, 2015 TO INCLUDE THE BUSINESSES ON SCHEUNEMAN ROAD AND <br />COUNTY ROAD E WEST OF SCHEUNEMAN ROAD TO HIGHWAY 61 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has accepted the Feasibility Study dated March 17, 2015 <br />WHEREAS. the Feasibility Study did not include the businesses north of County Road E on <br />Scheuneman Road nor those on County Road E <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF GEM LAKE, <br />MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That SEH is hereby directed to add to the Feasibility Study the businesses North of <br />County Road E on Scheuneman Road and on County Road E West of Scheuneman Road <br />to Highway 61. <br />( Adopted by the City Council of the City of Gem Lake on April 21 st, 2015. <br />Approved: <br />Mayor <br />Attested: <br />ity Clerk <br />
