WHEREAS, the City Treasurer has: Presented a (Proposed) General Fund Budget of $397,820.00. which- indludes a (Proposed) General Tax Levyof $352,655.00 and a Debt Tax Levy of.$70,00U.00 for fiwal*and: calendar year 2'0I 6 based upon best estimates Q'f costs for running'the City of Getri Lalcri. in 2.616; and. WHEREAS, these estimates were ,:reviewed by the CityCouncil on 18 August, 2p1 and.-amendedbased upon*best information received from outside contractors and input.from the tity'Council NOW, THEREFORE RE. IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of -Gem Lake does formally adopt the 201*6*-Preliminary General Fund Budget of:$597,820.00° wl)ichincludc;s.a Preliminary General Tax Levy of $352,655.00 and a Preliminary Debt Levy of $70,000.00 -fdt 2016 as prepared by the City Treasurer and amended by the City Council; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is charged with Certifying said T4x and Debt Levy to Ramsey.
