CITY OF GEM LAKE, MN <br />City Hall - 4200 Otter Lake Road _ <br />Gem Lake, MN 55110 <br />RESOLUTION NO.2015- 15 <br />15 September 2015 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE HOFFMAN/SCHUENAMEN RD WATER <br />PLAN WITH SPECIFICATIONS AND ATHORIZING ADVERTISEMENT FOR <br />BIDS TO PERFORM PHASE 1 OF THE PROJECT. <br />WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Gem Lake has approved the Feasibility <br />Plan, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Gem <br />Lake hereby approves the Water Plan with Specifications for Phase 1 and hereby <br />authorizes advertisement for bids for Phase 1 of the Water Project. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was offered by Councilor <br />Lindner and was supported by Councilor Bosak and was declared adopted based upon the <br />following vote: <br />NAME <br />UZPEN <br />BOSAK <br />LINDNER <br />KUNY <br />ARTIG- <br />SWOMLEY <br />Vote <br />Yes <br />Yes <br />Yes <br />Yes <br />yes <br />Attest <br />I, WILLIAM F.
