NO. 2015-18 <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEM LAKE, MINNESOTA <br />HELD ON OCTOBER 20, 2015 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Gem <br />Lake, Minnesota, was duly held in said City on October 20, 2015, at 7:00 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Uzpen, Council Member Artig-Swomley, Council <br />Member Lindner and Council Member Bosak. <br />The following members were absent: Councilmember Kuny. <br />RESOLUTION CERTIFYING DELINQUENT FIRE INSPECTION CHARGES <br />(AUDITOR NO. 37150002) TO COUNTY AUDITOR BE IT RESOLVED BY THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF GEM LAKE, MINNESOTA: <br />1. That pursuant to Section 5.3.1, of Ordinance No. 77, the Clerk, is hereby authorized and <br />directed to certify to the Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota, the delinquent fire inspections on the <br />following described parcels of real estate in the City of Gem Lake: <br />PROPERTY ID NO.
