CITY OF GEM LAKE, MN <br />City Hall - 4200 Otter Lake Road <br />Gem Lake, MN 55110 <br />RESOLUTION NO.2015- 24 <br />171" of November 2015 <br />A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THAT SEH MANAGE THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF PHASES 1 AND 2 OF THE WATER PROJECT FROM WHITE BEAR LAKE. <br />WHEREAS, The Gem Lake City Council has approved purchasing water from White <br />Bear Lake, and <br />WHEREAS, The Gem Lake City Council has awarded the construction contract, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of City of Gem Lake <br />hereby requests that SEH manage the construction of phases 1 and 2 of the project. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was offered by Councilor <br />Artig-Swomley and was supported by Councilor Lindner and was declared adopted based <br />upon the following vote: <br />NAME <br />UZPEN <br />BOSAK <br />LINDNER <br />KUNY <br />ARTIG- <br />SWOMLEY <br />Vote <br />Yes <br />Yes <br />Yes <br />Yes <br />Yes <br />Attest <br />I, WILLIAM F.
