CITY OF GEM LAKE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NUMBER.,2015-25 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City Council. of the City of Gem Lake, Minnesota, was duly held at Heritage Half in said City on November 19, 2015. The following members were present: Council Members Lindner, Kuny; and Bosak, Mayor: Uzpen; and the following members were absent: Councilmember Artig- Swom ley. An Affidavit showing publication of a Notice of Hearing on the proposed assessment in the .official newspaper and an Affidavit showing mailing of Notice of Hearing in accordance with the passed .Resolution were examined, found satisfactory and ordered placed on file. The City Council announced that the meeting was open for consideration of objections, if any, to said .proposed assessments. All persons present were given an opportunity to present oral objections, and all written objections therefore filed with the City and/or Clerk were presented and considered, and all subject objections were tabulated as follows: NAME PROPERTY ID NATURE OF OBJECTION Greg Martz 27-30-22-43-0015.
