CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NUMBER.,2015-25 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City <br />Council. of the City of Gem Lake, Minnesota, was duly held at Heritage Half in said City <br />on November 19, 2015. <br />The following members were present: Council Members Lindner, Kuny; and <br />Bosak, Mayor: Uzpen; and the following members were absent: Councilmember Artig- <br />Swom ley. <br />An Affidavit showing publication of a Notice of Hearing on the proposed <br />assessment in the .official newspaper and an Affidavit showing mailing of Notice of <br />Hearing in accordance with the passed .Resolution were examined, found satisfactory and <br />ordered placed on file. <br />The City Council announced that the meeting was open for consideration of <br />objections, if any, to said .proposed assessments.
