41 CITY OF GEM LAKE, MN <br />City Hall - 4200 Otter Lake Road <br />Gem Lake, MN 55110 — <br />RESOLUTION NO.2015-06 <br />12 May 2015 <br />A RESOLUTION TO CHIP SEAL THE STREETS IN GEM LAKE <br />WHEREAS, an inspection of the city streets indicates that in order to extend the life of <br />the streets that the streets require sealing and chipping be applied. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Gem <br />Lake hereby approves such process at an estimated cost of $40,000. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was offered by Councilor <br />Lindner and was supported by Councilor Bosak and was declared adopted based upon the <br />following vote: <br />NAME <br />UZPEN <br />BOSAK <br />LINDNER <br />KUNY <br />ARTIG- <br />SWOMLEY <br />Vote <br />YES <br />YES <br />YES <br />NO <br />YES <br />Attest <br />I, WILLIAM F.
