RESOLUTION NO.2014-15 16 SEPTEMBER 2014 A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE PRELIMINARY AMOUNT TO HE RAISED BY PROPERTY TAXATION FOR THE YEAR 2015 WHEREAS, the City Treasurer has- presented. a- (Proposed) General Fund Budget of $4311.108'66 which includes'a (Proposed) General Tax: Levy -of $369,819.00, a tax levy of. $12.0,OQO for 2415 Bonds and a Debt Tax Levy.of $49,500.00 for fiscal and calendar: year .20 .* based upon best estimates of costs for running: the City.of Gem Lake. ux 20L5; and WI EIZEAS, these estimates were.reviewed by the City Council. on 1 l August, 2014.and amended based upon best.information received froth outside contractors. and input From the City Council NOW, THEREFORE BE -IT RESOLVED., that the City Couricil of the City.of Gem. Lake. does formally adopt the 2015 Preliminary General Fund Budget of $43 I j 08.00- which includes a Preliminary General Tax Levy of $369,819.00, a tax levy of $120;OQ4for 2015 fonds and a Preliminary Debt Levy of $49,500.00 for 2015 as.prepared by the City Treasurer and amended by the. City Council; and BE. IT FURTHERAESOLV:ED that: thetity Cleric is*charged with Certifying said Tay. and Debt Levy to Ramsey County.Property Taxation.and.other.govemment bodies for whom. this -information -is iequired.
