H.all - 4200 Otter )flake Road _ . -- Gem Lake, MN 551.10 RESOLUTION NO.20.14- 18 NOVEMBER 2014 A RESOLUTION ADOPTING -THE FINAL GENERAL FUND BUDGET AND FINAL AMOUNT TO BE RAISED BY PROPERTY TAXATION FOR THE YEAR 015 WHEREAS, the City Treasurer has presented a "TOTAL (Proposed) Budget of $596,714100'which includes a General Tax Levy of$284.655.00-anti aDebt Tax Levy of $40,500.00 for fiscal and calendar year 2015 based upon best estitnates.of costs for running the City of Gem Lake. in 2.015; and WHEREAS, the City -Council did review, on November 18, 2014, the TOTA1_, Budget and Tax bevy foa 201.5 including.all revisio»s.thereto as of the date first written. NOW,.THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council -of the City of Gem Lake does formally adopt the 2015 Final Generai Fund Budget of $331,93.2.00 .and .the Final Property Tax Levy of W4,155� W which includes a General Tax Levy of $284.65.5.0.0 and a Debi Levy of$49,$00:00.for 2015. as prepared by the City Treasurer and amended by the City Council; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City*Clerk is charged with Ceitifyirlg:said Z'ax anld Debt Levy. to -Ramsey County Property.
